Ilya let us know that Amazon in both the US and UK have put up a cover image for Anathem. It doesn’t shed much light on what the book will be about though.

Does it mean anything that there’s an analemma on the cover?
Amazon.co.uk has had a decent plot summary on their site for quite a while now…
Now this is the worst part of waiting for a new book is the time between when details first start to emerge (plot summaries, reviews, cover photos)…and when the book FINALLY comes out. It is probably good that he takes his time between putting out new books, too much stress on me…
I wonder if Enoch Root will appear, to help Hari Seldon invent psychohistory and preserve knowledge, technologickal arts, etc. etc. by establishing a clubb or Foundation, thereby sparing us from large-scale Chiseled Spam. And will Enoch be bound by the Three Laws of Robotics? And will General Wing try to control the Spice (thus controlling the universe) until Ali Zayback learns to ride sandworms?
