    the code (links in various langs at the top of the page) and analysis can be found here http://www.schneier.com/solitaire.html , be sure that you read the security analysis at the end of the article as issues have been discovered in the initial implementation (while not HUGE if you are planning to cypher a grocery list it might be good to know about if you are doing something important…).
